Lynx has been awarded a Property Management and Facility Management contract for STRASSCO tower with a scope that includes full administration of the Homeowner’s Association covering technical, managerial, legal and financial matters. In addition a comprehensive MEP preventative and corrective scope is conducted to improve the efficiency of the building and provide a safe and comfortable environment to owners and tenants.
