Lynx was commissioned a Total Facilities Management contract to manage all of Khoury Home Facilities in addition to Radec Logistics reserved space to KHA. The scope entails a preventative and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems and the management of all SLA’s with specialized subcontractors. Lynx also undertakes project management, fit outs and renovations for some of KHA showrooms.
