Lynx reviewed the infrastructure capacity for Smart Valley (Admir I & II, Mont Mema, Thalassotherapy) in terms of power plant, sewage treatment plant, water requirements etc to ascertain the optimum distribution to the different phases of the project. The Total Facilities Management strategy was devised with a detailed financial budget for the FM and property management aspects that are in keeping with Smart Valley’s FM philosophy.
