Lynx was awarded the tender to implement a total Facilities Management strategy for the Wadi Hills project in Solidere downtown Beirut. This entailed overseeing the post-construction handing-over and commissioning, determining the FM scope of works and service level, estimating FM costs, developing and implementing procedures for operations, recruiting and training of in-house staff, and finally auditing.
